At L & L Jewelers, we are dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines.
We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry as closely as possible on out website, but the detail and color you see will depend on your monitor.
You can return any merchandise you purchase from us within 30 days of receipt of order. The item must be in original condition with original tags not removed. Original receipt/packing slip must accompany merchandise, which is being returned. Please indicate on the receipt the reason for your return. Refunds are processed based on the original credit card used for purchase.
Please remember that if you choose to ship your order back to us, you are responsible
for any shipping and handling charges you might incur unless you received wrong or damaged item. Merchandise must be shipped via Federal Express, UPS or US Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation, as these carriers provide package tracking and proof of delivery to us. Return your merchandise to:
